Sapphire & diamond cluster measuring 12mm x 12.3mm (12mm x 20.6mm including the ridged bail).  Set with a central oval mixed cut blue sapphire weighing approximately 1.50cts with a surround of five brilliant cut diamonds at the top and bottom and five baguette diamonds on the sides of the sapphire.  Mounted in all white gold, testing as 14ct, with claw settings.  Suspended from a new 16" 9ct white gold diamond cut trace chain.
